The Deacon West bus stop is 0.2 miles from the property and serves Routes 41 (Good Bull) and 34 (Fish Camp) to the Memorial Student Center (MSC) hub on campus. Nearby you’ll find The Cove at BearX right next door and everyday essentials along the Holleman and Harvey Mitchell corridors a short drive away.

Options include the 2×2 Townhome, 3×3 Townhome, 3×3 House, 4×4 Townhome, 4×4.5 Townhome, 4×4.5 House and 5×5 Townhome. As of July 2026, prices range from around $680 to $1,020 per month depending on the floor plan and unit type. Pricing is subject to change.
