At the time of publication in June 2026, pricing ranged from $820 to $1,035 per month depending on floor plan type and availability. Prices are subject to change.

Inside each apartment, you’ll find modern finishes like granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, private bedrooms, in-unit washers and dryers and 50-inch Smart TVs. Furnished options are also available, making move-in simple and giving you a comfortable, ready-to-live-in space from day one.

The Harbor at the Barracks

The Harbor at the Barracks offers fully furnished apartments built around private bathrooms for every resident, with floor plans ranging from two-bedroom to four-bedroom options.
