At the time of publication in June 2026, pricing ranged from $820 to $1,035 per month depending on floor plan type and availability. Prices are subject to change.

Inside each apartment, you’ll find modern finishes like granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, private bedrooms, in-unit washers and dryers and 50-inch Smart TVs. Furnished options are also available, making move-in simple and giving you a comfortable, ready-to-live-in space from day one.

Redpoint College Station

Redpoint College Station offers a range of cottage-style floor plans. Floor plans range from two-bedroom layouts to six-bedroom options. Unlike The Heights’ apartment-style layouts, Redpoint’s cottage-style homes are designed to feel more like standalone residences. Furnished options may also be available depending on floor plan selection and availability.
