Comparing Four-Bedroom Floor Plans at The Heights

The Honor

Square Feet: 1,937

The Honor is a well-organized four-bedroom with an open-concept kitchen and living area, a private bedroom and bathroom for every roommate, a guest half-bath and three outdoor spaces: a covered porch, an outdoor patio and an upstairs balcony.

Best for: Four roommates who want a functional layout with the most outdoor living space of the four-bedroom cottages.

The Spirit

Square Feet: 1,937

The Spirit has the same square footage and layout as The Honor, plus the same outdoor spaces, same bedroom and bathroom setup and same open living area. The choice between the two really comes down to availability when you’re ready to sign.

Best for: Four roommates who want the same open layout and outdoor living space as The Honor.

The Tradition

Square Feet: 1,964

The Tradition is the one to consider if The Honor and The Spirit’s layouts aren’t quite what your group is looking for. Whereas those two prioritize outdoor living with a porch, patio and upstairs balcony, The Tradition trades some of that outdoor space for more room inside. 

The living area runs larger and one of the bedrooms is noticeably bigger than the others, making it a strong option if someone in your group needs a little more space. You still get a covered porch and a small balcony plus the same private bedroom and bathroom setup and guest half bath throughout.

Best for: Four roommates who want the most interior space of the four-bedroom apartments, especially if one roommate needs a larger bedroom, and no one minds a more modest outdoor setup.

Size and Layout

Four-bedroom apartments at The Heights come down to one core tradeoff: outdoor space versus interior space. 

The Honor and The Spirit are essentially the same apartment at 1,937 SF. Both have a covered porch, an outdoor patio and an upstairs balcony, making them the better pick if your group spends a lot of time outside. The Tradition gives up the patio and has a smaller balcony but adds about 27 SF of interior space, a larger living room and a noticeably bigger second bedroom. 

If outdoor living is the priority, go with The Honor or The Spirit. If someone in your group needs more room inside, The Tradition is worth a closer look.
