The Standard Furniture Package costs $35 per month, while the Premium Furniture Package costs $50 per month.
That means choosing Premium costs $15 more per month, per person than Standard.
The additional cost primarily gets you newer furniture and a more contemporary design rather than additional major pieces of furniture.
Before making your decision based on price alone, compare the specific furniture and storage differences between the two packages.

The Premium Furniture Package costs more but provides newer furniture with a more contemporary appearance.
The living area features a blue suede couch with two tan barrel chairs. Off-white barstools and dining chairs create a lighter look, while a tan entertainment center with black accents completes the common area.
The primary advantage of Premium isn’t that you receive significantly more furniture; it’s that you’re getting newer furniture with a more design-forward look.

Can Roommates Choose Different Furniture Packages?
No. Furniture choices at The Heights are made on a whole-unit basis, so everyone living in the apartment must have the same furniture package.
That means one roommate cannot select Standard furniture while another selects Premium within the same apartment.
Because of this, roommates should discuss their furniture preferences and budget before making a selection.
Is Every Furniture Package Available With Every Floor plan?
Not necessarily.
Furniture availability can vary depending on your floor plan. Depending on availability, some floor plans may be designated Premium Furniture Only or Standard Furniture Only, which means you may not always have both options available.
Unfurnished living is also an option, depending on availability and leasing terms.
Before assuming you’ll be able to choose between Standard and Premium, confirm which options are currently available for the specific floorplan you’re considering.
Can Current Residents Upgrade to Premium Furniture When They Renew?
If you’re renewing at The Heights, you may have the option to:
- Keep your existing furniture
- Upgrade to Premium furniture
- Choose an unfurnished option
