The Heights Apartment Tour | What to Expect

Thinking about touring The Heights but not quite sure what to expect? Our leasing team has helped hundreds of Aggies find their fit in College Station and every tour is designed to feel personal and informative. You’ll walk through real units, explore the amenity spaces and get a true sense of what living at The Heights actually looks like.

We offer both in-person and virtual tours, with dates available up to two weeks out. Once your tour is scheduled, here’s what to keep in mind before you arrive.

Before Your Tour

A little preparation goes a long way toward making your visit smooth and easy.

• Parking: The Heights is located at 3055 Holleman Dr S. Park in the surface lot in front of the clubhouse and leasing office in any space marked “Future Resident.” There’s no parking garage and no need to check in when you arrive. Just head inside and our team will greet you.
• Timing: Tours typically take 30 to 45 minutes depending on how much you want to explore and how many questions you have.
• Floor Plans: We recommend reviewing our floorplans ahead of time and arriving with your top choices in mind so we can tailor the tour to what you’re looking for.
• Photo ID and Phone: Bring a government-issued photo ID and your phone. Walk-in guests scan a quick QR code to check in and it’s handy to have your phone for snapping photos of the model unit to reference later.
• Weather: Most of the tour is indoors, but a few amenity spaces like the pool area are outside. Keep the College Station weather in mind when you plan your visit.

Touring the Property

Your tour starts in the leasing office, where you’ll meet the team member guiding you through the community.

From there, you’ll explore the amenity spaces inside the clubhouse: the clubroom, pool area, tanning bed, gym, yoga studio and the upstairs study room. This is your chance to see where you’ll actually spend your time outside of class, so ask about anything that stands out.

After the clubhouse, you’ll head outside and pass the mailboxes, where your guide will walk you through package handling, gate access and parking policies. From there, you’ll tour the model home: our 4×4.5 floor plan, The Tradition. Here, you can see the finishes, layout and everything included in a unit up close. This is the best moment to picture yourself living here, so take your time and take photos.

While you’re touring, help yourself to a drink from the “wow fridge” in the model home. Once renovations wrap up, we’ll also have cold brew on tap in the clubhouse.

Applying and Signing Your Lease

Once you’ve toured the property and found the floor plan that feels right, you can apply and sign the same day if you’re ready. The application takes about 45 minutes to complete for both the primary applicant and the guarantor.

If you’re touring with a parent or planning to have someone cosign, they don’t need to be present for the tour or the signing. During the application, the primary applicant adds their guarantor’s information and once approved, the system automatically emails the guarantor their portion to complete whenever it’s convenient for them.
