THE HEIGHTS VIP WAITLIST GIVEAWAY – OFFICIAL RULES
NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.
Eligibility: The Heights VIP Waitlist Giveaway (“Giveaway”) is open to legal residents of the United States who are eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees of The Heights, LV Collective, their affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and members of their immediate families or households are not eligible to participate.
Entry Period: The Giveaway begins on September 30, 2026 and ends on October 15, 2026 at 11:59 PM Central Time (“Entry Period”).
How to Enter: During the Entry Period, participants may enter by completing and submitting The Heights VIP Waitlist form located at https://www.theheightscs.com/join-waitlist/. Limit one (1) entry per person. Duplicate entries may be disqualified.
Prize: One (1) winner will receive two (2) 2-Day General Admission tickets to Two Step Inn 2027, held April 17–18, 2027, at San Gabriel Park in Georgetown, Texas, plus a two (2) night hotel stay valued at up to $1,000. The approximate retail value (“ARV”) of the prize is $1,578. Actual value may vary based on ticket pricing, hotel rates, and booking costs. Any hotel costs exceeding $1,000, transportation, meals, and all other expenses not specifically listed are the winner’s responsibility. If the festival is canceled, postponed, or modified for any reason, Sponsor has no obligation to provide a substitute prize. No substitution, transfer, or cash redemption of the prize is permitted except at Sponsor’s sole discretion.
Waitlist Bonus: Every eligible entrant who submits a valid entry during the Entry Period will receive a waiver of the application fee and administrative fee on one (1) application submitted to The Heights. If The Heights is not charging an application fee when the entrant applies, the entrant will instead receive a credit equal to the application and administrative fees that would otherwise apply. The Waitlist Bonus has no cash value and is not transferable. Entrants are not required to apply for or sign a lease to enter the Giveaway, and doing so will not increase their chances of winning.
Winner Selection and Odds: One (1) winner will be selected in a random drawing within seven (7) days after the end of the Entry Period from all eligible entries received during the Entry Period. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.
Winner Notification: The potential winner will be notified via the email address provided during entry. The winner must respond within seven (7) calendar days of notification. If the winner cannot be contacted, fails to respond within the required timeframe, is determined to be ineligible, or declines the prize, Sponsor may select an alternate winner.
Taxes: The winner is solely responsible for any federal, state, and local taxes or other expenses associated with acceptance and use of the prize. Sponsor reserves the right to require completion of any necessary tax documentation as required by law.
Publicity Release: Except where prohibited by law, acceptance of the prize constitutes permission for The Heights and LV Collective to use the winner’s name, likeness, city of residence, and statements regarding the Giveaway for promotional purposes without additional compensation.
General Conditions: Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Giveaway if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor impairs the integrity of the Giveaway, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. Sponsor’s decisions regarding all aspects of the Giveaway are final and binding. Two Step Inn is not a sponsor of, and is not affiliated with, this Giveaway.
Release of Liability: By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless The Heights, LV Collective, and their respective affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any liability arising from participation in the Giveaway or acceptance, use, or misuse of the prize.
