If you’re looking for a three-bedroom apartment in College Station, The Heights has two cottage-style options. Both layouts give every roommate their own bedroom and bathroom, a shared living area, a guest half bath and a private outdoor patio. The finishes are the same throughout both floor plans, with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, washer and dryer, 50″ Smart TVs and premium Wi-Fi.

In this guide, we’ll walk you through both three-bedroom apartments at The Heights – The Oak and The Cedar – so you can find the one that fits your group best.

Comparing Three-Bedroom Floor Plans at The Heights

The Oak

Square Feet: 1,851

The Oak is the three-bedroom you choose when you want a functional layout. The shared kitchen and living area feel natural and easy to move through, each bedroom has its own bathroom and a guest half bath means visitors have their own space without cutting into anyone’s privacy. A private patio and porch give you an outdoor option right outside your door.

Best for: Three roommates who want a comfortable, no-frills layout that makes everyday life at A&M easy.

The Cedar

Square Feet: 1,851

The Cedar is the same square footage and setup as The Oak but with living room windows that pull in more natural light, making the shared space feel a little brighter and more open. Each bedroom has its own bathroom and the guest half bath keeps things comfortable when people come over. The private patio and porch give you an easy outdoor escape without leaving the property.

Best for: Three roommates who want the same solid setup as The Oak with more natural light that makes the space feel a bit more open and airy.

Size and Layout

The Oak and The Cedar are nearly identical — both 1,851 square feet, 3.5-bath cottages where every bedroom has its own private bathroom and a shared guest half bath keeps things comfortable for visitors. The one difference worth noting is natural light: The Cedar’s living room windows bring in a bit more than The Oak, which can make a real difference when you’re spending a lot of time at home. At the same square footage, the choice really comes down to that feel.
